There are countless advantages in seeking to build your new home with New England Structures Full General Contracting & Turnkey Construction Services.
What does "Turnkey" mean??? It means we offer you the Key to Better Living! Many people may have their take on the definition of Turn-Key, but let us share OUR definition with you!
At New England Structures, turn key means:
a hassle free and less stressful way to build your home.
We take care of all the details, not just some. Every customer gets the perks associated with Turn-Key construction. Our services include (but are not limited to):
First things first.
- We do a preliminary site evaluation to review the property for any obvious concerns and for proper placement of the home on your particular lot. We have over 30 years experience in the building trade, and siting the home on the lot can be one of the most important aspects of the project.
Items must be considered when doing the site review, such as where is the septic location? That's when we do our soils analysis and septic design. There are times when the location of the septic dictates the homes location, so that's typically step two.
then we need to review where utilities will come in, plan the driveway, well; the utilities are a big item that if not taken into consideration before hand, can cost more in the end.
we take care of all the necessary permits, and our cost includes an allowance to cover that expense (all towns are different, so we include an average for an allowance so your not out of pocket additional expenses).
don't forget the crane! we insure that there will be adequate space for a proper set up. some sites require larger cranes than others, and upon completion of the foundation the crane operator will look at the site to determine if crane sizing needs to be adjusted so the house can be set smoothly.
after you have the site review, we can get a true cost to improve your lot. We schedule all tradesperson's required to complete your home.
we use local contractors that really know their trades in the completion of your new home. We communicate the finish specs to them so the job runs smoothly and right on track.
once all the finish trades have completed their work, we schedule your inspection with the local code enforcement officer and a final inspection with the lender
we do a cleanup, then we do a walk through, create a punch list if necessary, final balance due is paid & we hand you the keys! YOUR HOME is now YOUR OWN!
