There are many important criteria to consider when choosing a floor plan that meets your needs and desires.
One needs to think of overall space & square footage(do you have enough room or too much); number of baths & location of baths; kitchen layouts ~ cabinet style, layout, cabinet choices, etc. When you have a pretty good idea on the general design layout, we can then begin to
work on the drawing's with our Chief Architect Cad design software, and with our in house pricing, we can then get an accurate overall estimate for the project. All plans are NOT considered equal in base pricing, therefore, budget factors or concerns will need to be carefully considered when choosing the plan that best suits your particular needs and wishes.
