We are located in Edgecomb Maine, and service the central and mid-coast region.  We will travel up to 60 miles in any direction.  If you are not located within our service area please contact us for additional information as we can still provide you with a home, but require a local general contractor (or yourself!) to complete all necessary finish of the home after we have a finished "set". We may still be able to provide you with our services, but if we are unable to we can provide you with local qualified builder-dealers who can help. 

Our model home is open up to 7 days a week; We are closed bad weather day  Our general hours are:

10 till 5:00 on Weekdays

10:30 till 4:00 Saturdays

Sunday from 11 until 3:30

Our stated hours are suggestive, we are flexible on times, so feel free to request an earlier or later visit
